If I delete a video from an iOS device or MacBook, is a copy retained in iCloud?
They may be there. The deletion time is approximately 30 days. Check the Photos app/application and at iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser for a Recently Deleted album.
If you have iCloud synching turned on and you delete the item, it will be deleted across all locations if it is in Photos, the desktop or documents folder.
Thanks for the quick response.. my question will the photos/videos still be retained and potentially retrievable from iCloud, even after the 28 days of lodging in trash?
