How to disable the auto app offload option

I have iPhone 6s with iOS 11.2.6. I enabled the app auto offload function, and would like to reset to normal. I went to iPhone storage, but the only management choices for any app is "offload" or "delete". How do I reset the auto offload option?

Unable to delete app. Help!i have not been able to delete app from my iPhone 6 Plus. I’m on iOS 12.1. I tried from home screen but can’t get x on toggle. I tried to delete from setting on iPhone storage but when I click on app, not getting delete option. I aso tried restart (turning off and on) numerous times but no luck.i tried numerous option from online search help with no luck.

Settings........iTunes and App store........Offload unused apps!
