If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled.

If you sense that your ID has been compromised in some way, choose your country from this link and follow the appropriate instructions. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/
