i just pair my iphone to my PC but there is no other action i could do, no streaming .... nothing
is it possible to stream audio from iphone to windows via just bluetooth? i have seen videos on youtube that some people are able to do that BUT with different versions of IOS and windows, is it possible on iphone SE (ios 11.2.6) and windows 10?

No but I had a friend who had a Dell that did. It was one of there media specials and had a nice speaker system on it especially for a laptop computer. There was also an HP model that can do so and supposedly a Lenovo model. Apple has never supported it and I really don't see the point of it.

That would be something you would have to learn from the adapter/computer maker.
No, you cannot stream audio to any computer from an iOS device using Bluetooth.
