I’m Unable to sign in to iTunes to download my apps it’s stating that I have to contact iTunes support how do I fix this

Other than using the links mentioned above & actually contacting Apple, you could narrow the issue down using the following instructions. Even if you end up with no results, AppleCare team most probably will help you fix the issue faster.



What happens when you submit your login and password? If there are any error messages you see, you should mention it to the team.

I also feel it could be an incorrect choice of wording. If you’re referring to App Download option in iTunes: it has been discontinued in the late update. Yet, you could still get version that has this option from the website:
