Language bug! Can't type in Arabic on iOS 10.13.3 High Sierra

Yesterday, I have updated my software to iOS High sierra 10.13.3 (Japanese version) and I have noticed a system bug in writing Arabic language

To describe what I am facing in details. I have 3 languages installed on my computer English, Arabic and Japanese. Before the system update I faced no issues in switching between tjhose languages and typing in any of them but after updating to 10.13.3 I noticed that I can't have Japanese language with Arabic language installed together or I won't be able to type in Arabic

I have tried to remove Japanese language and keep English and Arabic and my computer worked flawlessly in both languages. I tried to remove English and keep Japanese and Arabic my computer typed in English and Japanese. I tried installing the 3 of them together Emglish, Arabic and Japanese but the computer chose to type in either Japanese or English. Even when I manually select Arabic language from the menu the letters appears on the screen are English.

This is really annoying me as I use the 3 languages for work.
Any suggestions to fix this.

My computer is Macbook Air
