To use the US store you have to be in the US - Apple can, and do, permanently disable accounts for violating the store's terms. Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from your account so that you can put your real country and address on it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

If you are in Saudi Arabia you can only use the Saudi store where the currency is not dollars - if you are using another country's store you are violating the store's terms of use

But I bought the card from virgin and I once used an American gift card on the same account and it worked.
