i cloud

Hello. I have problem. My i cloud account is disabled, because i asked apple support if it can cancel bills which came each mounth for one of the applications. Then i am following the proposal apple support, and i do new icloud account.

Problem is because, i am excange the phone and i cannot transfer data from old to new phone. What can i do ?

You would be better off if you continued to use the old ID and fixed whatever the problem is with that ID. All your prior purchases are tied to that ID. I would contact iTunes Support and try to determine what needs to be done to make your old ID active again.
