Change country store

Dear Apple People,

I would like to change my country store to download an official governmental application but cannot without cancelling my Apple Music subscription (by the way a one year subscription), but by canceling my subscription I would lose all my music playlist. This situation is very unfortunate and would prompt me to switch to a more flexible music platform.

PS: i understand some of the reasons for this situation IPR, taxes, etc... but in a connected and globalized world with your technology standards, this should be possible to do this in a click and not through this ...
