Restore back up for specific date

You can only restore backups for a specific date if you have that backup still available in iCloud. The only way to find that out is to erase your device, then set it up from a backup, and when you get to the screen where you select which backup you want, you should see an option at the bottom of the screen to show more backups if there are more to see.

If you can find the one for the date you want, you just click on it as the backup you want to restore from.
