locating a macOS support essentials 10.12 proctor for exam

My exam for macOS support essentials 10.12 must be proctored yet I am given zero information as to a location or any other means to find such a proctor... help. I have contacted Pearson VUE three different times and they can't even seem to wrap their head around what i am saying. They insist i must surely have received the option to schedule an exam or that the confirmation email must have these details. I assure you it does not. Anyone have a list or means of finding proctors for this exam. I am in the Bay Area if that helps.
