why did you carge money from pantaya app when i do the cancelarion before the subcription start. I want my refund

Did you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to its auto-renewal ? If you did have you contacted iTunes Support ? If not you should do so and see if they will refund you, obviously nobody on here (i.e. fellow users) can potentially refund you.
I download the pantaya app and they give 7 day free trail but i cancel the subcription before the 7 day. But they still charges the $5.99 and i want my runfund because if i cancel the subcription why they have charged because i arrase the because i don’t want no more. So i don’t want the carge my money when i don’t even use the app.
Nobody on here has charged you for anything, we are fellow users and these are user forums, not iTunes Support. If you cancelled the subscription at least 24 hours prior to its auto-renewal contact iTunes Support e.g. via your purchase history, or the emailed receipt etc.
