No individual apple music subscription option.

After using the student plan on apple music, I cannot go back to an individual membership. The only option is the family sharing plan and the student plan (which has expired for me). I have tried changing it under "manage subscription" but that also just lists the family option. Does anyone have a solution?

I see that you had a Apple Music Student Membership which has expired. You'd like to subscribe to the Individual Membership, but that option isn't available in iTunes. I'm happy to help.


Apple - Support - Product Selection -- For this issue, please contact Apple Support. Apple Support will be able to make sure your Student Membership has been completely removed.
