Mail Slow after High Sierra upgrade
It takes forever for my mail to show up since the upgrade. I used to be able to view them instantly.
MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

I tried this and it worked for me:
1. Go to Mail>Preferences>Accounts
2. Select any mail account
3. Uncheck 'enable this account'
4. Then recheck 'enable this account'
So far so good, but time will tell if it will revert back to being slow down the road.
