Procedures for repair iPhone /Loaner

Hi,

In the UK it is almost underheard of for Apple to provide a loaned phone. If they attempted to repair the damage, then they would charge you a set amount. If they were unable to repair the damage, or if they bricked the iPhone then they would provide a replacement handset (dependant on damage).

As I said this is how it is the UK as far as I know.

Not from Apple, but another store might have a different policy.

For what kind of damage?

If you are saying that the screen is damaged......my recommendation would be to take the phone to an experienced repair professional.....unless you are a dedicated do-it-yourself type of person.
