To turn off Do Not Disturb on the Apple Watch, swipe upwards from the bottom of the watch screen, and you can scroll and find the Do Not Disturb icon, tap to turn on or off.

You can also check on your iPhone in the Apple Watch app, Go to My Watch>General>Do Not Disturb, and check to ensure that you have it set to Mirror your iPhone.
