can i get my money back from apple pay??

i ordered a purse through text that was said to be michael kors. upon receiving the product, i saw it was fake. i texted the seller and asked for my money back & i would send the purse back. she told me no & blocked my number so i cannot contact her. is there anyway i can get my money back?
