If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT201407 - "If your iPhone can't be activated or an alert says the activation server is unavailable or the SIM card is unsupported, learn what to do."

It appears you have no SIM card installed and you will need to contact a local carrier about getting one.

Service bar just searching, after i turn phone off but still, then i try open sim card then insert back but still same, just display searching..


I realized the problem after i upgrade to ios14.


Then i try to reset clear all data, after finished i can't activated my iPhone.


The wording display ask to try active with mac or pc with iTunes, but i don't know how to do it.

No, not big problems. It’s a small problem. You can fix it by inserting a SIM into the phone. If the phone is carrier locked it must be a SIM from the carrier the phone is locked to. If it is an unlocked phone any SIM will work. It must be either a SIM that is currently active on an account, or a SIM that was active on an account in the past.
