If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT201407 - "If your iPhone can't be activated or an alert says the activation server is unavailable or the SIM card is unsupported, learn what to do."
It appears you have no SIM card installed and you will need to contact a local carrier about getting one.

How would I know? I've never seen your phone, and I don't know who you are. However, if you read the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page you may find some guidance there.

That depends on what it was saying, but it's a pretty good bet that you have a Verizon phone, not a StraightTalk phone...
