What is the @icloud.com address that is already on file in my account?

Question

I created a new @icloud.com email address. when I teired to change my Apple ID to this address, I was told:

You can only add the @icloud.com address that is already on file in your account.

Apparently I already have an icloud.com email address. How can I figure out what it is?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.2.6

I managed to solve my problem by Settings > Apple ID and Sign Out. This way I could then set up my Apple ID as the icloud address that I wanted.

what ID did you use to log in here? that is your apple iD.

I used the new one that I changed my Apple ID on my ipad to. Now I'm trying to do the same thing on my iphone.
