If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it was supposedly a purchase through iTunes,you can use the following instructions to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

This happened to me too, but it was from itunes and I had made a purchase for a music subscription so I wondered if it was just a billing mistake (It was higher than I'd agreed upon). I followed the link and it froze my account, obviously phishing and/or fraud. But I can't get in to fix or change my apple id and itunes account information because it is STILL frozen.

I've also checked all of my credit and financial services, there were no charges made, thus far.

Hi Andurette;

I did a lot of research and looked up all of my order information. I checked my credit cards too. I was told by two of my financial services that it was probably spam or a phishing email and if I opened it they would try to get credit information or it could lead to getting a virus. So I'd stay away from it and if you have opened it, you might want check into those things and do a scan for a virus too. I did report the email also.
