Cannot topup in game

Yesterday I just change my payment status to topup G in the game... yesterday still smooth can topup... but just now I go for topup the credit in game but cannot successfully... it have a massage find iTunes support... then in my payment card is have enough credit to topup...

In app purchase not working ive added my payment method 3 cards to be precise but still everytime i try to purchase something in games theres a pop up that says could not be completed. I’ve uninstalled/offloaded the app too still it didn’t work please help

Game Center won’t let my payment method work. Tells me to contact support Each time I go to buy something on the game I’m playing it declines. Tells me to contact support to fix it. I’m guessing I did it to much?
