iPhone headphone adapter does not work with my Sony headphones
The following error message is displayed when I try to use the aux headphone adapter with earphones.
“Accessory not compatible with this device 😡”
iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6
Does it work on another iPhone with the adapter? Does it work on your iPhone using a different adapter? I don't believe Sony participates in the Works with iPhone program so there is no guarantee that their devices will work or will continue to work with the iPhone or future iOS revisions. If you are still within the return period you can always return the iPhone and get a phone that will work with your headphones.
