Note it only says "may restrict", it does not state outright the warranty is not international, though I suspect that given the opportunity to say "no" when presented for service they may well do so.

The links posted above should be informative, but to answer your question directly, you can't do that.

The warranty and AppleCare / AppleCare+ are only valid in the country where the phone was originally sold. If you purchased it in the US, you can only buy additional coverage from Apple in the US and that coverage will only be valid in the US.

Yes. It says "may restrict". And as we have seen here time and time again, in the vast majority of cases, service is refused if the phone was purchased in another country. There are exceptions, but those are few and far between.

If there's no Applecare Plus in Norway then the alternative is buying Applecare Protection Plan (which is quite different). Since different rules in terms of Consumer Law apply in different countries, you have to purchase the plan according to where you live. For instance, there's no Limited Warranty in the US whereas European Countries have a minimum of 2 years according to local law.

It is not international. It is local and differs a lot according to countries. Apple provides limited warranty as manufacturer where obliged and resellers provide additional coverage where consumer law takes effect.

You can not purchase AppleCare in Norway for a phone originally sold in the US. The phone you bought is not subject to European consumer protection laws. If that's a concern, you should have purchased a phone in Europe instead of the US. The EU is considered a 'single country' by Apple when it comes to warranty and service coverage.

You would need a friend‘s address.

You can't do it without a US address. If you have a relative or close friend in the US, ask them if you can use their address. Note that you will probably need a US credit card with a US billing address to do it.

As far as I can see the Applecare Protection Plan only applies to computer, displays and AppleTVs.
