If you log out of iCloud on your phone your contents will be removed from the phone, but will still be saved in iCloud. You can verify this by logging in to https://icloud.com on your computer. If you then log back in your iCloud content will be re-synced to your phone.

I was wondering if I logged out of my apple id on my iphone would all my stuff threw icloud still be there when I re-login? It says that it will erase all the pictures & data through icloud on my iphone. So when I log back in will it not be there?
