Purchase failed

Hi, i have problem with purchasing in-app package.

when I try to buy stuff in app(game),

a message which written “your purchase could not be completed” keep occur.

anyone who know about this issue??

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

Make sure you are using an acceptable form of payment > Payment methods that you can use in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store - Apple Support
