Hello Peggy,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that after upgrading your software on your iPhone 6S all the phones on your cellular plan are receiving your text messages. What you are describing sounds like a Continuity feature which allows you to receive your text messages on all of the devices that use the same Apple ID. If all of the other phones are using the same Apple ID as you are that would be why all of them are receiving your messages. Ideally, each iPhone should use it's own Apple ID.

On your iPhone tap Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding and make sure that all the switches are turned off for each device listed. The switches should be white not green. The following article has some additional information about messaging you may find helpful:

Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support

You may also need to make sure each device that is receiving your messages deselects your Apple ID in the send and receive settings of Messages. On each device tap Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Make sure that the phone number is the only item with a check in front of it under the "You can be reached by iMessage at" section and in the "Start new conversations from" section.

Take Care.
