My iPhone 4s will not let me turn wifi on. I no longer have the computer it's sync with. It was damaged , so how do I get past this problem. I don't have service on the phone either . So it's stuck like it is . Please help me...
Try this:
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings (you will loose all your wifi passwords, but nothing else).
When done, restart your iphone (turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on). Then test it.
