Apple TV 4th gen stuck at welcome to the App Store

I cannot use the Apple movie, TV, or App Store apps on my 4th gen Apple TV. All three apps are stuck at the welcome screen shown below. I can click continue all day long but it will not continue. I have restarted 5 times, did a full reset (clear everything), and signed out and back in to iTunes. The only thing I have not tried is restoring tvOS 11 through my computer because I don’t own a usb-c cable.


Please help! I wanted to upgrade to a 4K Apple TV but now I’m not so sure if I should do that.

Are you running TVOS 11.3? If so, that is beta software and any issues need to be reported through the proper channel. You would need to restore via iTunes to revert to the latest public release.
