Muted phone???
My iPhone 6S is muted without touching the ‚mute button’... what can I do with it?

I see that you have an issue with your iPhone being 'muted' or not having sound. If you have checked the Ring/Silent switch on your iPhone and mute is off (no orange showing) then take a look at the following support article to troubleshoot why you are not hearing any sound:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
