Good afternoon nataljafromogre,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand the alarm clock is not sounding on your iPhone 6. Have you updated your iOS to the latest version, which is 11.2.6? Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check your ringer volume level - Open the Settings app and tap Sounds. In the Ringer and Alerts section, make sure the slider volume button is all the way to the right (max volume) setting.

Change the alarm to a different, louder tone - How to set and manage alarms on your iPhone

  1. Tap the Clock app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Alarm tab at the bottom.
  3. Tap + to create a new alarm 2 minutes from your current time.
  4. Tap Sound.
  5. Tap "Waves" or one of the other louder sounds.
  6. Test to see if the alarm you just set goes off.

  • If it does not, open the Bedtime tab in the Clock app. If you currently have Bedtime enabled, turn it off.
  • Restart your iPhone and test the alarm again.

If the issue with alarm sounds still persists, and you have no issues with sounds in other applications, try resetting the settings on your iPhone. Before you do this, make sure you know the password for your Apple ID and for your Wi-Fi network.

  1. Tap the Settings app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Reset.
  4. Then choose Reset All Settings.

This will only affect the settings on your device, not your data.
nataljafromogre, please reply to this thread and let us know if you are still not hearing an alarm sound after trying these steps.
Take care.
