Electric Shock on Charging new Macbook Pro 2017

I recently purchased a macbook pro from UAE. Within 1 month of purchase I reported the issue to Apple. While charging the mac book I feel some vibration on the macbook pro and I tested the macbook with electric tester. And it's shows the electric power on the body of macbook. Then Apple says that they will replace the charging pin. But some technical problems they cannot provide that to me still now. Now I visited again in the service centre for the issue and they showed that all mac made in the series has the issue. So it's a common issue. Only some customers is identify this issue and only me is checking that with the tester. If apple know this is a common issue then why they selling the product with the issue.. if someone get shocked from the macbook then who is responsible for this? After that the I talked to Apple care senior advisor about this. He is telling that the product has common issue. So your product is prefect. I don't know how can he say this to a customer. And their is no solution for this. You can use it perfectly. I told many times as a customer I cannot use this macbook like this. The advisor saying you can use it perfectly with this electric shock.
