Family sharing help!

Hello,

So my family is using family sharing with 6 members. When I purchase something, it isn't billed to the family organizer's credit card, but when my brother does, it is. Why is that? Is there something we can do to change that so nobody is being billed to the family organizer's card, but rather their own payment (i.e. itunes money or their own debit card). Please help us and let me know! Thank you!

If you add gift card balance to anybody's account it comes from that first. If anybody spends more than their balance will cover it goes to the organizer's card.

Non-organizers cannot pay using cards.
