Macbook air charger is green while my battery is on 15 percent. Battery doesn't move up or down when it is charging, however, as soon as i unplug it the battery immediately moves down. Any idea whats wrong? Different charger did the same.

Bad charger, bad battery or both. Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.

Not an answer but just fyi... I'm having a similar issue on a wireless keyboard on iMac desktop. I put in fresh batteries and the battery display shows wireless mouse at 100% and keyboard at 15%. Tried multiple times, always the same results. My guess is last software update is to blame.
