I have charges I never ordered anything one for 14.03$ and another for 99 cents and I didn’t order anything

I assume that you've gone through the page that you posted from and looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found them, and that you've also decided that they aren't authorisation holds, in which case you should talk to the card issuer
I tried calling but no one answering I have a couple charges I want to know what they are for one is 14.03 and one for.99 cents I never ordered anything
