Audio Units scanned after opening Logic, everytime.

Everytime I start Logic, it re-scans the audio units. I've tried following other threads, and nothing worked. Does anybody have any help?

Crackles and distortion in Logic Pro X suddenly? Iust opened up a Logic project and it was all crackles and distorted, so I disabled core audio, hit apply changes , then enabled core audio again and hit apply changed, all fine! Any reason for this? I have opened the same project in the past, just this one time, no big deal, just wondering why/how this should happen!
