Denied Macbook Air software updates.
When I enter my Apple ID and password, after being prompted about software updates, I get an alert saying updates not available because either computer was bought by a different user or order was either cancelled or refunded. None these scenarios are the case - nobody has touched, bought or uses this laptop but me, and clearly have the laptop in front of me as trying to update software.
