Siri Found in Apps - Calendar

On my calendar, I've noticed there is an appointment that I am not aware of it. Further check, realised it was created by "Siri Found in Apps" (click on the "Calendars" on the bottom of the screen).

How this happened?

iOS has the ability to see things from apps that could relate to an appointment. If you don't want this to happen go to Settings | Calendar | Siri & Search and turn off the option "Find Events in Other Apps."
