I bought an itunes card this morning for $50 and when I get home and try to redeem it I get a message that it is already activated.

This is the third time I have bought a $50 iTunes card and when I get home and try to redeem it I get a message telling me it is already activated. Can anyone help? I took it back to the vendor but they can do nothing because I took off the silver strip to input the code.

I am tired of this problem and I never get any help. I cannot afford to buy replacement cards so I am out $50?
