watch3 nike - HRM vo2 max

I have watch3 nike 38mm.

I start RUN activities original apple´s SW and HRM . But HRM measurement is not accurate, HRM Heart rate measurement has dropouts.

I try external HRM suunto. When i activate economy mode for HRM - HRM is not active in apple watch, but external is OK, in activities is not record of HRM. External monitor is connected by BlueTOOTH.

Why???

VO2max --- when is connected external HRM, vo2max is not shown. without external HRM is OK, but provided that there is no intermittent measurement. (. But HRM measurement is not accurate, HRM Heart rate measurement has dropouts. )

With External HRM is not vo2max and without is too because HRM Heart rate measurement has dropouts.

Please solve it with new update.
