Cannot download a music video from iTunes store.

As the title said. I bought a music video, and it was not downloading at all. A restart did not help.

For reference, I am on a mid-2012 MB Pro running Sierra.

Well, what do you know.......... closing everything, and running First Aid solved it.....

Can’t download iTunes movies I’m not able to download my purchased movies from iTunes onto my MacBook Air 2019. I’ve tried signing out of iTunes, restarting the Mac, signed back in. I have the disk space since it’s new. macOS is up to date. 10.14.6. System Status page indicates no outages. Rebooted wifi and tested in safari. I open iTunes and go to Library- Movies. I select a movie to download using the cloud icon underneath it. The cloud icon fades out then like it did download. The same titles will download onto my iPad just fine via the Apple TV App.. I’ve tried Two ways; one being as mentioned above, nothing happens except the cloud icon is now faded as if something happened. The second way is to go to purchases- movies. I download from that and see it downloading at the top, but instead of going to the download folder it is duplicated in the library - movies, but has no artwork. It will be right beside the original that still has the cloud indicating it’s notbeen downloaded Neither method will put them in the download folder! This screenshot shows the duplicate examples. Note the cloud on the original indicates not downloaded. And the missing Artwork one has no cloud.

I cannot download the purchased music from apple music store I am using Mac Pro (iMac), and just purchased an album. However I am not able to download the music, and there is no visible icon or button to download.

ITunes downloaded music not available on IMovies. Not able to access the downloaded songs on IMovies. Shows the file is protected and unavailable.
