Not enough money on iTunes

So I wanna buy something on a game for $4.99, but I only have $4.41 on my iTunes right now, so I’m wondering if I were to purchase it, would all the $4.99 charge on my credit card, or will jut the remaining 60cents charge. I’m pretty sure just the 60 extra cents will charge but I wanna make sure.
