Nothing happens when I enter verification code in adding payment method

I wanted to add payment method for apple store which is by using mobile billing but as I enter the verification code and press “done” , nothing happens, please help me, my product is an iphone 10

Payment Methode doesn’t work I had as the payment Methode the mobile phone. Now I switched recently to another provider. So now my apple ask to update my payment Methode. But neither the verification code to the phone nor adding a new payment methodisch working. :-(
