Is there a warranty on separately purchased apple headphones?

I bough some in Nov-Dec. and the left ear was a little lower than the right, but it stopped working all together about a week ago. I would hate to buy a new pair, but since they didnt come with my Iphone, I wasn’t sure if there is a warranty.
