Cant delete or downlaod songs?
When I try to delete a song it gives me the option to, then when i click delete from library nothing happens? Also to add a song it says added to library, but its not in my library after?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to add or delete songs from your library in the Music app on your iPhone. If you haven't already, please force close the Music app and restart your iPhone as iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on.
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you're still having this issue, please delete the Music app and then re-download it from the App Store and test your issue again.
