Can I join the upgrade schem without buying a new iPhone?

I brought the iPhone 8+ On contract with Apple when it came out but didn’t know about the upgrade scheme is there anyway I can join it without buying a new?

Apple do not sell iPhone on contract (usually through a credit/finance institute)

Best you ask them.
