my iphone thinks im in UK but I’m not!

I’m in Australia and my iPhone iTunes thinks I’m in UK . It will not let me change the settings in my account either!

As of Thursday I haven’t been able to play some music on my iPhone . I checked I iTunes and it thinks I’m in the UK. I haven’t travelled anywhere I am in Australia. I tried changing the settings but it tells me I need to cancel my Apple Music subscription before I can change the country. I’ve cancelled my Apple subscription but it still won’t let me change it. It’s very strange!
