IPhone 7 rings only sometimes.

Switch is toggled on Do not disturb is off. Mute is off Help!

iPhone won’t ring My phone is not on silent, the volume is all the way up, and the do not disturb is turned off. What else causes this? It’s a new phone in otherwise excellent condition.

my new iphone7 does not ring I have checked the mute button, the do not disturb button, I hard reset the phone twice, it doesn't make any noise on text message either. Did I just buy a lemon?

When there is a call that does not ring, does it appear in Missed calls (and voicemail if they leave a message) or does it go straight to voicemail and not show in the Missed call list?
