I use Numbers on my MacbookPro.

Where can I find the button Data Validation to make a choicelist in one cell.

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.5)

In Numbers, you can create a pop-up menu by entering a list in cells, then select the cells, then use the cell cell formatter to Format the selected cells as a pop-up menu which will, after formatting, contain the complete list with the selection equal to the original value of the particular cell.



Enter list and select cells:

User uploaded file

Open cell formatter and choose the "Pop-up Menu":User uploaded file


Now cells contain the list and are selected to be the original value:
