I don't know how to upgrade my ms Word 2008 on my iMac. My Version is ms Word 2008 für Mac 12.0.0

If you want to upgrade beyond MS Office for Mac 2008 then you need to purchase a new license, the current release is Office for Mac 2016. You can do that via Microsoft's online store located at:

Microsoft has never offered upgrade pricing on Office (paying less than the full, first time user cost for a newer version). Follow rkaufmann87's link.
